I’m a classic middle child always seeking attention everywhere I go. I love doing dumb Insta-stories and Tiktoks and seem to have no problem making a fool of myself often. I probably should have tried my hand at improv theater but I decided to learn how life looks behind the lens of a camera first. I made TV ads for over ten years before I began writing romance novels full time. My family is my whole world, and the extra time I get with them by working for myself is the best perk of this job.

My husband, Kevin is the ultimate “nice guy” and my curly-haired daughter, Lorelei is the happily ever after we never thought we’d get. Lorelei is named after Gilmore Girls because I was obsessed with Gilmore Girls long before Netflix ever got ahold of them. (I tried to make her middle name Gilmore but my husband vetoed me!)

Many of my contemporary romance novels are based in London. My infatuation with all things British inspired my first American Girls in London idea which then spun into my Harris Brothers British sports romance series. Reading a book set overseas is another level of fantasy that I crave in a romance novel. And what could be better than London Bloody England?

My writing style takes emotional and comical and makes them have a really cute batch of ugly-crying/snort-laughing octuplet babies. I want to make you cry. And I want to make you laugh. If I can do both in one chapter, I’ve accomplished my goal.

My inspiration for writing is and always will be my six precious angel babies that were taken from us too soon, and my daughter, Lorelei. They inspired me to write my first book, a memoir called Chasing Hope which is how I found my true passion for writing.
